Cinnamon Sugar Cookies

These cookies are so good, no one will ever know they are allergen free.
 
 

Ingredients:
   
2 cups of all purpose allergen free flour
¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup Earth Balance Soy Free Buttery Spread
1 cup sugar
1½ teaspoons water
1½ tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
   
     
     
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F degrees.
Combine flour, Kosher salt and cinnamon together by sifting and set aside.
Blend sugar and Earth Balance together and mix with water and canola oil.
Fully blend in the flour mixture, adding small amounts at a time.
Make 1” balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Use a fork to push down cookies (cross-hatching them looks good).
Bake for 9 minutes and put on a rack to cool. The cookies are very delicate until they are fully cooled, be careful!
